Do I Have To Be Home When My Home is Being Cleaned?

This is your option. You may give us a key to be safely stored or you may let us into the home.

What If I Need to Reschedule a House Cleaning?

Simply call our scheduling service prior to your cleaning day. We would prefer 48 hours notice so we can try to rearrange the other customers. We will do my best to meet your personal needs.

Since we have many customers to keep happy, we ask that you contact us 48 hours before your cleaning if you need to skip or change a visit. If late notice means we cannot put another customer in your spot, a fee of $50 may be charged, although we want to help you avoid incurring these fees!

What If I Accidentally Lock You Out on My Cleaning Day?

If we are unable to get into your home on your cleaning day, you may be assessed a lock-out fee. Most of our customers either provide us with a key or hide one in a lock box on the premises on house cleaning day.

What Should I Do About My Security/Alarm System on House Cleaning Day?

If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give us access to your home on your scheduled day. Some customers set up a guest or temporary code for us.

What Should I Do With My Pets During the House Cleaning?

We like pets, but please tell us if you have any and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know, such as if they are friendly, where they will be during the visit etc. Although it’s not a requirement, we suggest that pets are kept away from the cleaning areas so that we can clean better.

Are My Valuables Safe?

If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. A closed door or drawer is your signal to us that you do not want me to clean that area. We carry all the necessary insurances in the event that any damage occurs.

How Do I Pay for My House Cleaning?

A credit card will be required at the time of booking. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Do I Need to Provide House Cleaning Products or Equipment?

We provide all house cleaning products. If you have special house cleaning products you want us to use, please be sure to let us know.
