FAQ

This is your option. You may give me a key to be safely stored or you may let me into the home.

Simply call my scheduling service prior to your cleaning day. I would prefer 48 hours notice so I can try to rearrange the other customers. I will do my best to meet your personal needs.

Since I have many customers to keep happy, I ask that you contact me 48 hours before your cleaning if you need to skip or change a visit. If late notice means I cannot put another customer in your spot, a fee of $50 may be charged, although I want to help you avoid incurring these fees!

If I am unable to get into your home on your cleaning day, you may be assessed a lock-out fee. Most of my customers either provide me with a key or hide one in a lock box on the premises on house cleaning day.

If you have a security system, please make necessary arrangements to give me access to your home on your scheduled day. Some customers set up a guest or temporary code for me.

I like pets, but please tell me if you have any and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for me to know, such as if they are friendly, where they will be during my visit etc. Although it’s not a requirement, I’d suggest that pets are kept away from the cleaning areas so that I can clean better.

If you have any special valuables, heirlooms or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct me not to touch them. A closed door or drawer is your signal to me that you do not want me to clean that area. I carry all the necessary insurances in the event that any damage occurs.

A credit card will be required at the time of booking. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

I provide all house cleaning products. If you have special house cleaning products you want me to use, please be sure to let me know.
